Once an order is placed on our website it can be canceled within 24 hours. After 24 hours we send all the new orders to our warehouse to be packed for shipping as soon as possible.

The Orders cannot be canceled after it is dispatched. As after the dispatch, we have no control over the package.

In case, the product is not as per the specifications or did not meet the desired expectations and you want to return & exchange the product. you may place a request for return or exchange by sending us an email on support@rubyfabricslinings.com with your order number in the subject, the image of the particular areas of fabric where there is an issue, and a brief write-up within 7 days from the delivered date.

2 – Return is not applicable if fabris measuring below 2 meters but still you want to return in that case return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

3 – The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched.

4 – The item should be returned along with the original packaging.

5 – Make sure both (return & delivery) addresses should be the same.

6 – We don’t accept returns on customized products.

7 – If the product is damaged during the shipment , feel free to return it without paying any shipping fee.

8 – If you are not happy with the product, feel free to return it at your doorstep .in that case return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

9 –  We don’t accept size replacements.

10 – Shipping & COD Charges will not be refundable

Refund will be provided within 2-3 days once the product is returned back and received from our side.
